Our company founder Cem Ünal was born in Kuşadası. Cem graduated from Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering and successfully completed the Executive MBA program at the same school.
Cem, with 25 years of business experience, has built his career in corporate life in Corporate Planning and Human Resources. Cem worked at Toyota for 16 years and Honda for 5 years. He had the chance to learn in-depth about Toyota’s Problem-Solving Techniques and worked as an expat at the company’s headquarters in Brussels for two years. He has successfully implemented many Human Resources projects in the institutions he worked in, and finally managed the HR leg of the process of closing Honda’s factory in Turkey professionally. After leaving Honda, he founded Feniks Consulting to share his experience with other institutions.
Cem is very keen to improve himself and learn new things; he is interested in Human Resources, Corporate Culture, Psychology, NLP, and Neuroscience. Cem is a graduate of ‘Gestalt Center For Coaching’, and enjoys coaching and mentoring.
