The phrase ’employees leave managers, not companies’ is generally true. One of the biggest mistakes that institutions make is to promote an employee to a management position in order to prevent a resignation or to reward an already good expert. Another mistake is not to give managers adequate development and mentoring support, but to watch them create their own management styles.
A manager must first know himself and be able to govern himself. Then comes managing the others and the business. We aim to increase their awareness about themselves on an individual basis with the coaching services we provide. The resulting awareness ignites their change, supports them to overcome their disabilities and allows them to develop positive new behaviors.
